Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your DoggiesStyle purchase. We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in substantially the same condition in which you received it, and include any original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, contact DoggiesStyle customer support before sending an item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved. Please do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label unless instructed to do so by DoggiesStyle.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned outside the applicable return period may not be eligible for return. Gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable except where required by law.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by DoggiesStyle. Any applicable return-shipping responsibility will be communicated when the return is authorized.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
